Field Groups

Field Groups consists of a group of field types. A Field Group preserves the relationship between data fields in the group.

Adding a Field Group will result in the creation of multiple columns. Only 1 of each Field Group type can be added.

The current Field Groups available are:

• Profile

• Occupation

• Address

Profile Group

Profile Group consists of 3 data fields:

1. Name

2. Race

3. Gender

You may configure the weights for race (Chinese, Malay, Indian, Others) and gender (Female, Male) by clicking the gear icon.

Race

• Chinese default weight: 0.741

• Malay default weight: 0.136

• Indian default weight: 0.09

• Others default weight: 0.033

The default weights for race are based on Singapore Department of Statistics Population Trends 2022.

Gender

• Female default weight: 0.5

• Male default weight: 0.5

Occupation Group

Occupation Group consists of 3 data fields:

1. Occupation

3. Education Level

You may configure the weights for education level.

• Below Secondary default weight: 0.13

• Secondary default weight: 0.14

• Post-Secondary (Non-Tertiary) default weight: 0.11

• Diploma & Professional Qualification default weight: 0.20

• Degree default weight: 0.42

The default weights for Education Level are based on Labour Force in Singapore (Released 31/1/2023)

The default salary level is based on Labour Force in Singapore (Released 31/1/2023)

Address Group

Address Group consists of location-related data fields with the option to hide or show different columns. The fields and default settings are:

1. Address always show

2. Latitude disabled

3. Longtitude disabled

4. Blk No enabled

5. Building enabled

6. Postal enabled

7. Road Name enabled

8. Region disabled

9. Area disabled

10. Subzone disabled

You may also toggle Singapore regions and areas to include / exclude .

Address Group Fields can be adjusted based on your requirements.
